Your dispatcher innocently asks: “And can I get your email?” But your caller hears, “Give me your email so we can spam you!”😲 So callers reply…

Caller: “Uh, do you really need my email? I try not to give it out…”😥 So sad because with a slightly tweaked phone script callers will happily share their email. After booking the job simply say…

“Mrs. Jones, I have a ‘How To Get Your Home Ready for (the service you will be performing)checklist for you. I can email it over right now so you’ll know what to do before our crew arrives next Tuesday !😉 Which email address should I send it to?” BINGO!
